Resumo
O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar o papel do professor diante das situações de bullying no ambiente escolar, à luz dos direitos fundamentais garantidos às crianças e adolescentes. A pesquisa parte de uma abordagem qualitativa e interpretativa, realizada com professores de uma escola pública, visando compreender como o fenômeno do bullying afeta o processo de ensino-aprendizagem, as relações sociais e o ambiente institucional. Além da dimensão educacional, o estudo examina os aspectos jurídicos e sociais relacionados ao bullying, incluindo suas implicações legais, o papel da escola como espaço de cidadania e a responsabilidade do Estado na prevenção da violência escolar. A reflexão é sustentada por fundamentos éticos, pedagógicos e jurídicos, evidenciando a necessidade de práticas intersetoriais para a promoção de uma cultura de paz, respeito e inclusão no contexto educacional.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in situations of bullying within the school environment, in light of the fundamental rights guaranteed to children and adolescents. The research adopts a qualitative and interpretative approach, conducted with teachers from a public school, in order to understand how the phenomenon of bullying affects the teaching-learning process, social relationships, and the institutional environment. In addition to the educational dimension, the study examines the legal and social aspects related to bullying, including its legal implications, the role of the school as a space for citizenship, and the State’s responsibility in preventing school violence. The discussion is grounded in ethical, pedagogical, and legal principles, highlighting the need for intersectoral practices to promote a culture of peace, respect, and inclusion in the educational context.
