Instituições Regulatórias e Ecossistemas de Inovação: Uma Revisão Conceitual

According to North (1990), institutions and productive structures are inherited by societies through unique historical processes, which generate diverse socio-economic dynamics between nations. In this way, although the definition of an innovation ecosystem is the same anywhere in the world, i.e. the union and collaboration between various players and organizations for the development of innovative products, their conception, development and results will be imminently different, as they are in environments whose distinct institutional arrangements give them differences in their trajectories and, consequently, their results and performance. This study seeks to analyze the relationship between the different regulatory frameworks in different countries and how they affect this development and its performance within the environment of innovation ecosystems.
